It joins your dropdowns for every student, and is flagged for the department to reconcile.
A row counts as complete when it has an appointment type, and — for GRA and Fellowship rows — a source whose percentages add to 100. Request Dept Fellowship needs no source; the request is the answer. Fellowship rows pick from the named fellowships (choose Other to type one in); GRA rows pick from your grants, and if one is missing use + add a source not listed…. Split across two sources with the second source column.
